Dane Beds

We call this item our “Dane
Bed” because it has the simple, clean look of Scandinavian
furniture. We can put a natural hand rubbed finish on these cabinets
and get a nice bright contemporary look, as in the photo above.

Or we can apply one of several darker finishes and get a more subdued
Craftsman look, like in the photo below. In addition, Hardwood Artisans
can apply a solid color finish that will exactly match your walls or trim.
All we need here is the paint manufacturer and code number of the paint
you used.

The Dane Bed is our least expensive Murphy
bed arrangement. We make these cabinets up in larger quantities
and as a result get a manufacturing cost advantage (which
we pass on to you). Having these pre-made also allows a
quick delivery (within two weeks in most cases). The price
list includes the mattress, and we offer this bed with
several different mattresses.

On the price list, the Dane Bed is
priced without the side cabinets. These can be added at a cost of $500
per side. The dimensions listed on the price list are for the cabinet
in the closed position.

Opened, the twin and full size beds extend into the room
81 inches; the queen size extends 86 inches. The bed comes dissembled,
so it will fit into even the tightest rooms. Feel free to contact us
