Win a Chest from Hardwood Artisans
Local furniture company helps public television
WOODBRIDGE, VA. – December 4, 2008 – Now is your chance to win an heirloom-quality chest from Hardwood Artisans while supporting local public television this holiday season.
Hardwood Artisans has donated a six-drawer Waterfall-style chest (55 3/8” tall x 42 ¾” wide x 23” deep) to public television station WETA’s “A December to Remember” Giveaway. This handmade solid cherry chest features Japanese “National Treasure” pulls, dovetailed drawers and a hand-rubbed natural Danish oil finish (a $3,070 value). Hardwood Artisans is willing to deliver the chest to the winner free of charge, within a 50-mile radius of Washington, DC. As with all its pieces, Hardwood Artisans has given the chest a lifetime guarantee and an expectation that the piece will be passed down for generations.
“Public television is a very important resource for the community and relies on donations in order to survive. We know that money is a little tight this holiday season, and we’re thrilled to have been able to provide WETA with an incentive for their viewers in order to help them raise funds,” said Hardwood Artisans owner Mark Gatterdam.
Folks who are interested in a chance to win the chest are invited to click here for more information. The pledge drive will be open through January 2, 2009.
