Federal Table
|
| | A number of our customers have asked for some dining room pieces that are a little more formal and dressed up than the dining furniture we offer. We have crafted these pieces vaguely along the lines of classic Federal furniture and architecture. “Federal” was the first truly American style. Jefferson’s Monticello and the original buildings on the University of Virginia are examples of this architecture. Fluted edge treatment on legs. Available in our more formal woods like mahogany, walnut and cherry. Seats up to 8 people with one storable 18" leaf. Chamfered edge top. Optional second, non-storing leaf.
